The next FAN event will be held on Feb. 11th at 6:30 in the high school library.  This event will be a book study on the book How to Raise an Adult: Break Free of the Overparenting Trap and Prepare Your Kid for Success by Stanford University Dean Julie Lythcott-Haim.  For more information, click HERE.  If you'd like to attend, but don't have time to read the book, the flyer includes a link to the article.

Current 7th graders may be interested in applying for 8th grade honors courses for the 2016-17 school year.  Students must apply for honors courses and meet a set of criteria.  Because these are advanced classes with a higher workload, we caution students from taking more than two Honors courses.  To see all the information about applications, due dates, course descriptions, and criteria, click HERE for Honors English, HERE for Honors Science, and/or HERE for Honors Social Studies.  ALL students applying for honors courses will be informed of their acceptance the first week of March.
