Serenity Recovery Connection

On Tuesday, November 10, 2026 we invite you to join us for an informative evening: From Peer Pressure to Emergencies: Know What to Say, What to Do & How to Help.

An interactive evening for parents and teens about drugs, alcohol, peer pressure…and the choices that can change a life. You will hear from a former high varsity athlete and how drugs and alcohol derailed his college plans and life-now on a recovery path helping others. Parents and students will leave with real life tools and language on how to deal with the many influences they are faced.

As a follow-up to our September FAN event showing “ScreenAgers: Under the Influence” Please join us for an informative night for all families in our community. Hear powerful, real-life perspectives from a recovering addict and former high school varsity football player who now works in drug prevention helping others rebuild their futures.

Through honest conversations and interactive breakout groups, parents and teens will practice real-world scenarios, learn how to navigate peer pressure, build confidence in making safer choices, recognize warning signs, and know how to respond when someone needs help.

No lectures. No judgment. Just real stories, practical tools, and skills that could save a life.

Real Stories. Real Scenarios. Real-Life Skills.
